Seven Layer Cookies
Ingredients
1 stick margarine
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 can (3-1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
1 6 oz. package chocolate bits
1 6 oz. package butterscotch bits
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Melt margarine in 13x9" pan.
2. Sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs, then coconut, then chocolate bits and butterscotch bits. Spread condensed milk over and sprinkle with nuts. Press nuts lightly into mixture so they won't fall off later.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 350-degrees for about 30 minutes.
4. Cool and cut into bars.
Notes
These are Scott's favorite cookies. I always make them at Christmas but they are so easy, they can be a special treat at pretty much any time.
