Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pkg. extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
8 green onions, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Saigon Sizzle Stir-fry Sauce
1 bundle somen noodles

Directions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions; set aside.
2. Fry tofu cubes in olive oil until golden.
3. Add eggs.
4. When the eggs are cooked, add green onions and cooked noodles.
5. Stir in sauce.

Notes
Sometimes I add broccoli to this stir-fry as well but I like it better without.
