Curried Red Lentils and Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
5 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
6 cups chicken (or vegetable) broth
1 large bunch swiss chard, tough stalks removed, coarsely chopped
2 1/4 cups red lentils
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
plain yogurt

Directions
1. Heat oil in heavy large sauce pan over med-high heat.
2. Add onion and saute until golden, about 13 minutes.
3. Mix in curry and cayenne. Add broth and chard. Increase heat; bring to a boil.
4. Add lentils and garbanzo beans. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer until lentils are tender, stirring twice (about 10 minutes).
5. Serve with yogurt.
