Horrible Salad

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 celery stick, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 packages oriental flavored ramen noodles, crunched
2 cans tuna
1/2 cup oil
6 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
1. Mix together cabbage, green onions, grated carrot, celery, and slivered almonds in a large salad bowl.
2. Crunch up the packages of ramen.  Open, remove seasoning packets, and spread uncooked noodles over the salad.
3. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, and one reserved seasoning packet, stirring vigorously.
4. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.  Serve immediately.

Notes
It's called horrible because it smells very vinegar-y but the taste is wonderful.  This is a fabulously inexpensive and healthy meal.  As such, Scott ate it all the time when he was a bachelor.
