Spaghetti Carabonara

Ingredients
Handful of spaghetti (about 1.5 inches across)
2-3 eggs
1-2 c. cream
3 TBSP. of bacon pieces
¼ c. frozen peas
½ - 1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions
1. Cook spaghetti as usual. Empty into colander.
2. Break 2-3 eggs into the hot pan where you just boiled your spaghetti. Stir them up. They should cook up rather well. Then poor the hot spaghetti over the eggs and stir.
3. Add the cream, bacon pieces, peas and mozzarella cheese. Mixing well after each ingredient. You can decide how creamy you would like it to be depending on how much cream you add.
4. Keep stirring until peas are cooked, and cheese is melted. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
It's been a long time since we've had this recipe but I remember it was amazing (as much as a fairly typical pasta dish can be).  I think I'll add it to our dinner menu this week.
